Guest guest
Hi Andy, What does it mean if you feel magically better on ALA after 1.5-2.0 days? I am 240 or so pounds 6'3 etc male i have gilberts. I understand that gluthione conjugation might be increased by NAC, glycine, glutamine. Glutamine also takes the urge to drink away big time. After day 2 or so its like somebody flipped a switch, does this mean I might have low cysteine? I was thinking of trying NAC for this reason but I am little scared because I have'nt had a test done on cysteine levels which I understand stand GDSL or Genova no longer does Plasma Cysteine but rather another type. BTW DMSA with ALA makes me feel so so, ALA by itself makes me feel much better. Thanks for your time and what you do.
