Guest guest Posted March 6, 2011 Report Share Posted March 6, 2011 ] Greek Chicken Wings Greek Chicken Wings 2 1/2 ponds chicken wings, trimmed and halved 4 tablespoons minced shallots 4 tablespoons minced garlic 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons dry oregano or chopped fresh rosemary 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1 teaspoon ground pepper Zest of 1 lemon 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons honey Blend together all ingredients, except wings. Place wings in a large bowl, and cover with sauce. Chill overnight. Heat oven broiler. Broil wings on cookie sheet, stirring as needed, until browned and cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes.
