Guest guest
TK--- just a reminder - rounds are not one day. A person may only get one day into a round before having too many problems to continue but it is recommended to plan on 3 days for a round. If the round goes well on the first day or is tollerable then you continue with it. It is not recommended to try it for one day and then stop to see what happens as this will redistribute Hg. Do not be in a hurry. This all takes a long time and hurrying is where most people make the biggest mistake and hurt themselves. > > Why hurry and risk your health?
