One is the Brain Injury Association of Texas (www.biatx.org) (phone: 1-). The other is the Texas Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Council (www.tdh.state.tx.us/braininjury) (phone: , ext 3069). That last web site address says TDH instead of DSHS, so you can see that my information is several years old. Maybe it will get you started in the right direction, though.
