Guest guest
I believe some of my symptoms such as moods swings and brain fog could be caused by candida. I noticed that after a few rounds of chelation my tongue would become more coated and white and I started to crave sweets and sugar. I tried a candida diet for a while and it helped a little bit. Do you think one can get significant symptom relief from just taking antifungals like nyastatin every time yeast starts to flare up? I know that candida will go away if metals are gone but I wonder if i can get symptom relief in the meantime. Success anyone? Is it really necessary to follow a candida diet or is just taking antifungals enough? Can an antifungal treatment be dangerous? Should this be done under the supervision of a doctor? Are there natural non Rx supplements that are as effective as the 'chemical' ones?
