Guest guest
I am 54 live in NYC and have been struggling with what i thought was an incurable case of hypoglycemia since i was 18. I have learned over the years i must eat well and exercise frequently. Once i started to let go and get a little out of shape I would get massive attacks of fatigue and depression. I have always had poor memory and brain fog and being a mechanical engineer this has not been easy to deal with. Over the last 4 years my situation has gotten out of control. The fatigue has been so bad i needed 11 hours of sleep and a hour nap to keep going and i still felt terrible. I recently connected with this group after attempting to read Andy's book. 5 days ago i finally connected with some of the kind members of this group and they directed me to specific vitamins to take. Well in the first 5 hours of consuming 8 grams of Buffered C and a host of other vitamins I felt like a large weight had been lifted from my back and i felt like working again. I have consumed the recommended vitamins for the last 5 days and i am felling great. Now i have seen Dr. Grube in Penn for removal of my last remaining fillings and some gold inlays which were once mercury. She also wants to remove a brand new root canal and 2 caps " 6000.00 down the drain " . My hair test is posted #88 at: http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/hairtest.html and i would appreciate any comments from the group. I am scheduled for surgery with Dr Grube June 22 and would like to get as much information prior to this so I may be totally prepared. Also The Dentist put a Mercury detector in my mouth and it registered 5 grams then she made me chew gum for 10 minutes without speaking and it registered 13grams. The dentist was very concerned because i only have one filling left. I do have 3 crowns, one root canal and 2 gold inlays. She thinks its because i eat a lot of fish. Mostly bass and Alaskan salmon. Sometimes canned Alaskan salmon and sardines both in water. The Dentist saw i had very low lithium levels on the hair test and said i should start taking lithium immediately. Thanks in advance for your suggestions and in-site. Greg
