Your dose is 1.5 mg/lb (I'm sure you know, I typed that for others who are reaching for their calculators). Where he gives a range of 100-200 mg per dose I read it as 100 mg for a 100 lb person and 200 mg for a 200 lb person. It's really good that you are not noticing any side effects. I'm not sure what to suggest about the part where you say that you feel depleted. Another question for Andy.
