My reactions were similar when I stopped DMSA or DMPS.

I would start with lots of vitamin C and all B vitamins including B

complex and consider extra doses of B12, folic acid, B5, B6. The diet

strategies that Andy mentions on about p119 of " Amalgam Illness "

really do help a lot. The next step would be to try to find herbs

like ginseng and licorise. In the US people can get DHEA and

pregnenolone. I have heard of people using DHEA in the UK so maybe

you will be able to find those somewhere. Then adrenal cortex extract

- I use Thorne brand from the US - no idea what brand to recommend

from the UK.

There are parents from the UK in the autism mercury group who may be

able to help you more than I can.
