The diet strategies that Andy mentions on about p119 of " Amalgam Illness " really do help a lot. The next step would be to try to find herbs like ginseng and licorise. In the US people can get DHEA and pregnenolone. I have heard of people using DHEA in the UK so maybe you will be able to find those somewhere. Then adrenal cortex extract - I use Thorne brand from the US - no idea what brand to recommend from the UK. There are parents from the UK in the autism mercury group who may be able to help you more than I can. > Many thanks in advance > > Charlie > > > > > > > > > > - > > >I apppreciate all our physiologies are different > > > but do you think that ALA could be an option at this stage or am i > > > still being too keen? > > >
