When we discovered Melatonin, it was like discovering gold for us.

We have been using it for our now 7 y/old for years and have not changed the

dose (1 mg.), less or more may work better depending on age/weight of child.

Have noticed no side effects. We give it about 30-45 minutes before the desired bedtime.

The brand that works best for us is the one from Vitamin World (Natural Black Cherry).

I'd love some help in reaching out to siblings that might want to participate in this online survey. Participation consists of filling out one questionnaire for parents that should take a total of about 5 minutes and two questionnaires for children, which should take approximately 25 minutes. I agree . I recently spoke with my oldest son about his brother's autism,

and discovered some things I had not previously realized. I hope someone takes

your advice and does a study to include them.
