Guest guest
Those are two very good points. I'll find out my latest thyroid blood tests in two weeks when I go in for prescriptions. I only take T3 and I don't know if a low T4 would contribute to pain. The only thing I could do is add T4 and see if it helps. Are the thyroid blood tests better to use than saliva? My doctor wouldn't go for going above the normal range for T3, so I'm stuck on that one. I might be able to convince him to shoot for the top quarter of the normal range. I was thinking of having cortisol saliva tests to see where I'm at but testing wouldn't help me to be able to decrease the dose. Whenever I stress dose I get temporary pain relief. I try to keep the dose as low as I can to avoid more weight gain. If I go too low I can't think and I can't cope with the pain. So I'm sort of stuck on that one too. > > , I was just reading a section in " Solved: The Riddle of Illness " by Langer on Dr. > Lowe's work with fibromylygia.
