Guest guest
Hi. I have a few questions regarding chelating with ALA only. I have done 2 rounds(each three days) of 10-15 mg ALA every 3 hours. I feel fine doing this. I was wondering about how many days one can chelate. Is it ok to chelate for 5 days a week and take 2 days resting? What is the general rule? I have noticed that after taking my last dose of ALA(before resting)that I get a bit spacey and get a feeling of having a heavy head. This must be the mercury getting redistributed. So I was wondering how to prevent mercury from getting redistributed and making sure as much as possible is excreted before resting. I was thinking maybe taking smaller doses the last 12 hours before resting. For example I take 10-15 mg every 3 hours, so the last 12 hours I can take: -10 mg -7 mg -4 mg -1 mg Does anyone know if this is a good idea to minimize the redistribution of mercury before resting? Last question. I checked my teeth. All my teeth are white and there is no silver or amalgam visible or any filling what soever. Does this meanI don't have amalgam or silver fillings? I mean is there such a thing as white amalgam filling that you can't recognize by eye? Thanks for any help or advise. Greetings, Ali such a thing as white amalgam filling? Yes definitely buffered ascorbate is better, but vitamin C is still an acid. Taking high dosages of vitamin C will, correct me if I am wrong mess(reduce) with electrolytes, especially magnesium. And I understood that when there is too much mercury in the body then the mineral transporters are not working optimal. Therefore I believe taking high vitamin C is not so smart. I eat vegetables every day for the base they provide. Alkaline diet is very healthy. > > > > > > > -vitamin E 800 IU > > > > > > > -zinc 50 mg - TK times 4 > > > > > > > -Calcium(1000mg /magnesium(500mg)/vitamin D > > > > what form of magnesium and are you spreading the dose over the day? I am not sure what form magnesium it is, but I reckon the oxide form, which has poor absorption. I also take magnesium orotate, which has good absorption, but the orotate unfortunately is an acid and I believe this too builds up in the body. > > > > > > TK--- Vitamin D get tested if possible > > > > My vitamin D is ok > > > > Did you have a 25 OH vitamin D test and what was the result and units? I am especially interested in this as I haven't been able to eat complex carbohydrates for 3 years now and I suspect the mercury(or another heavy metal) is the reason for this. > > > Thanks again for the answers and recommendations TK. > > > > Wish everybody here good luck with the protocol. > > > > ALA every 3 hours.
