Re: NR Rules on Distance Education

I submit that the NR's rules on distance education are archaic, unrealistic,

not educationally sound, and should be changed. Texas can and should put the

pressure on NR to change their ridiculous rules. They are so far behind

current education theory that it's time they changed.

Texas certainly has the power to lead the way in overcoming the obstacles put

in the way of those recertifying. Why has it not done so?
