Right. You must be losing Ca for some reason.

Yes, and at doses higher than those commonly recommended. See

www.krispin.com and look at her paper on omega 3 oils. She might have

a vitamin D paper up at her site too.

That sounds like an ok dose but everyone is different. You could ask

your GP for an N-telopeptide test (I might have the spelling wrong).

It is a bone loss marker.

I just use salt and electrolyte drinks.

The first year after amalgam removal was the worst for me. After that

I started chelating continuosly with DMPS and that really led to huge

symptom improvement. And I have made more diet modifications, added

more supplements and medications, so it is difficult to say what I

would be like without all that.
