Consider lowering the chelator dose. Do you mean that this is only

your third round and you are already using 16 mg DMSA and 16 mg ALA?

That would be considered fast going for many. How many rounds did you

do with DMSA alone? See TKs general recommendations in the files section.

Also consider taking vitamin C and magnesium with every dose. Mercury

causes oxidative stress so more antioxidants are needed to counteract

the effects of mercury while it is being chelated out. Irritability

and anger can be a low magnesium symptom. Chelation seems to use up

magnesium quickly and we are usually already low in Mg.

Hi Nahla,

Many women have posted that menstruation makes the round harder, so

you are not alone.

Get yourself some chamomile tea, St s Wort, Valerian or any

other calming things you can think of. B Vitamins, zinc, magnesium

also settle nerves.

Perhaps have a epsom salt bath every day for a while, especially

before the kids get home from school.

I had a few years of Zoloft, and whilst useful at numbing yourself,

is a feral product if you miss a dose (or are even late with it).

Took me a while to work out how to live without it.

But, like Rob has written, if it helps you get through the worst of

these early rounds, it may be a saviour. Just remember, it is a

toxic cocktail that will affect your liver etc.

I have been able to cut my pills in half without the anger and

irritation I used to get. The only thing different is that I've

been detoxing with an infrared sauna, EDTA and now DMSA. When I

tried reducing my dose of zoloft before, my wife could always tell

and would threaten to divorce me if I didn't go back to the full

dose.

related to lead and mercury.
