Guest guest
My husband had his first high bilirubin 3 weeks ago but all the other liver numbers were within the normal range, although elevated from his baseline. The bilirubin has since been slowly going back down to normal but his eyes have remained yellow and he is quite fatigued. The doctor seems surprised that his eyes are still yellow and that he is fatigued. He had an ultrasound that showed more PSC involvement and a " quite distended gallbladder " . I am not sure what the gallbladder involvement means. Has anyone had any of these things happen and what did it mean? This is the first time that he has been experiencing any symptoms of the PSC and he has had it for more than two years so we feel that we are still new to this and don't understand what is happening. And since we don't know anyone else with this disease it is hard to not have anyone to ask questions to. Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. wife of Rick Crohn's '04, Arthritis '06, PSC '
