We didn’t have a

single problem getting disability for Ken.

I put together a notebook, we took it to the SS office

and Ken was notified in less than a month that he was approved. That was about 4 years before he was

even listed. It takes time, but if

done right (the way they like), no one should have any trouble getting approved.

I got turned down the first time to...So I got a Lawyer...It is kind of like a big game you have to play and it is your money they are playing with... When I went in front of the Judge he laugh and said it should have never went this far.. he said at the S.S office it is just some one that looks up the word PSC... and it is his call to turn you down. Judge said if he would have read all the Dr's note. we wouldn't be having this meeting...So he approved my S.S.... I know it makes you MAD when your turned down..... We didn't ask for this

disease your just lucky...I worked and paid my tax's..Well I need help from S.S. Medicare... I sure all of us would rather be working.. Please make copy of everything you send out & write names times & dates down....DON'T GIVE UP Jeanne Michigan Jeanne
