Guest guest
Pink Joyce Your needs and use of the Marathon are very nearly the same as mine with the exception that I have days I can't use the demand at all. My nose is too congested to send a message to the equipment. I noticed the " start talking " part too. Now, talking on the treadmill in rehab did impact me but in general I'm not affected as much by eating and talking as most seem to be. I've had that pointed out to me by several including Gwynne and Beth and I think Leanne even commented. I feel very lucky in that respect so far. Even though I typically need 4 lpm and sometimes if I'm in a hurry even 5, I can normally sit, rest a little, and then eat a meal without oxygen. Now, if I stand up from the table before hooking it up, I realize it extremely quickly. > > > > > > I was diagnosed with IPF in March 2005. I'm unable to do things > > > without my oxygen.
