Guest guest
Debbie, I have a Eurocuisine Yogurt maker with the seven little jars. It is steamy with droplets and I just put the dimmer switch on it since it was registering 117. I put this batch on this afternoon. I think the bigger wetter droplets form when the temp. is not as high as I notice it to be like that when mine gets down to the lower temps. Check your yogurt's temp. and see if you need to adjust with a dimmer. Mine has always run too hot and I bought the dimmer switch after reading about it on here. I also have an older model Salton with 5 jars and it keeps the temp in the range just fine on its own and seems to just have the steam with the smaller droplets on its cover. I hope this helps a little. Lin 2005 Celiac Diagnosis SCD since Jan. 2008 IBS ??
Guest guest
Yes, thanks. I just put it all in the fridge so we'll know by tomorrow. Not sure until then. I don't know if I'll get a new machine or a dimmer switch. If the machine is bad--it is just wasted money lol. Debbie 40 cd Debbie, I have a Eurocuisine Yogurt maker with the seven little jars.
