Guest guest
That's a big fire! I pray they can put it out soon and that you guys stay safe! ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ Pragmatic Visionary http://www.affiliates-natural-salt-lamps.com/pages/156.php -- fire update Now the Wallow Fire is at 106,000 acres! It was 60,000 last evening. It's burning through what was one of the most beautiful forests in Arizona. The terrain is rough and the winds are high. We've have more people offering housing for humans and animals. What a caring community we have!hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
Oh Sharon,This is devastating! My heart aches for you and everyone~especially folks (and elk, and other living creatures) that are suffering from this.Prayers from here for safety and a cessation of this destruction.love,KateTo: Group <mserslife >Sent: Sat, June 4, 2011 2:15:07 PMSubject: fire update This morning the fire is at 140,000 acres and growing. It's still at zero containment. It is the 4th largest fire ever in Arizona and the fire personnel are calling it a "monster" that has a life of it's own.A friend ran into an Apache firefighter she knows at Walmart yesterday. He said they discovered a group of 68 elk that died in the fire when the fire surrounded them. I'm sure many more stories like that will come out before this is over. The communities of Alpine, Nutrioso and Blue River have been evacuated. Greer is on standby for evacuation. The winds shifted and we are all smoky here today. The smoke smell is fairly strong here. The forecast says we have a small chance of rain but it also mentioned thunderstorms. Thunderstorms sound great but only without the fire sparking lightening! Please no more fires!! hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
The poor wildlife. I'm glad that your family and area is safe Sharon. Hope none of the kids have asthma. We often have forest fires up here in the North and the people are brought here to Thunder Bay. It's so sad seeing the devastation when it's all over. The smell and smoke often hit us and those with respiratory diseases have a hard time ... hugs, Cait fire update This morning the fire is at 140,000 acres and growing. It's still at zero containment.
