How do you take Ursolit with food or an hour after?

Hi!

My doctor told me to take Uroslit at least one hour after or before the

big meals.

I still don't get it coz all the other doctors say I should take it

right after or with the food.

Does any one got the same instruction like me? I mean taking it at

least 1 hour after?
