It depend on what city your in. Some say 3/08 means the first but the staet says

the last day of the month.

Drug Storage/Expiration

Hey folks, I need your help. I am trying to locate a document/link

from the FDA or DEA that specifically states when a drug actually

expires, and I have been unable to locate one.

For example, if the expiration date is " 03/09 " , does it expire on

03/01/09 or 03/30/09?

I know that there are several " theories " on the answer to this, and

that is the reason why I am trying to locate specific

documentation/ link from the FDA or DEA that states what the regulations

are.
