Actually the news got it wrong.  It was approved to the BLS level.  But the rest

of it is just a bunch of BS too.  Like requiring all providers that do business

in Edinburg to open an office in town.  This means whether you're just

transporting to the ER, dialysis or the doctor.  They were even requiring

services to respond when asked to do so by FD or PD.  Usually becasue their 911

provider is out doing transfers.  This is why if the city is so worried about

this they need to start policing their own first.
