That

is very possible athan. In Todd’s case the report on ’s

donated liver says: CMV-Negative, but the report for the cadaver liver Todd

received 10 days later says: CMV-Positive. Todd had a few bouts of CMV

after transplant, but then his body seemed to adjust and he hasn’t had a

problem since. I hope that before long you are feeling better and this

will just be another bump in the transplant journey. Hang in there!

fullest 08)

I guess what I meant was that if I had been exposed to these viruses

before the transplant I would have gotten them, but I would also have

gotten over them more quickly. So it seems that I must have gone for 37

years without being exposed to them (I was negative for both pre

transplant).. Then within one year I've gotten two of them! Very likely

I did get them through the transplant... otherwise there's no good

reason I've gotten them suddenly like this. It's not like I adopted a

wild lifestyle or something. My wife's the only girl I ever kissed pre

transplant and she's still the only girl I've ever kissed! (I have

learned that you don't have to kiss someone to get mono... it go

airborne to)
