Guest guest
I know I should be doing my exercise but I am so busy I have not done much of any at all. I hope to start the new year much better. Judy Re: Exercise Hi Cat, I am 1 year out and have lost 160 lbs and have not done any exercise at all. The only reason why I haven't exercised is the horrible pain in my upper back which started after the surgery. They still do not know what it is. So I have lost lots of weight with no exercise but if my back was okay, I would have been doing a lot of exercise. Hope that answers your question. Guest guest
I'm ashamed to say I don't work out regularly. I really need to; but just can't find the motivation or the time. Guest guest
this is funny Bruce! And...think what it would cost for a tow truck if you should break down somewhere! MamaSher, age 70. IPF 3-06, OR. NasturtiumsDon't fret about tomorrow, God is already there! Re: exercise SGIOStill just can't find what roads to take to drive there fromhere.....lolI realize by air its a little over 10,000 miles so I'm guessing by roadit should be about 13,000 miles. Not sure about transatlantic trafficand speeds but at 50 mph that would be 260 hours and driving 8 hours aday (thats my limit) then could drive it in 33 days or so. Oh my....betgas prices are higher across the ocean. I estimate $2400 in gas, acouple of oil changes on the way. Hotel rooms.....33 nights.....wonderwhat the rates. Maybe $6600. Oh my....and this is just one way. I'mbeginning to think driving from here to the Tweeds may not be practical.> > > >> > > > gina thanks!> > > > i have had someone mention something like that just recently so> will> > > go> > > > and chase it up!> > > >> > > > your support is very encouraging.> > > > xx> > > >> > >> >>
