I have 3 on Abilify. One hasn't gained any weight. One has gained some weight. The other has gained a ton of weight, and now has Pre-Diabetes.

My idea is to create a daily food sheet, which lists all the foods your child needs to eat -- for the whole day. Put a circle or oval next to each item, to be colored in -- after eating it. He should be eating food every 2-3 hours, but everything must be portion sized.

Good Luck! If your son is very young you can create your own shapes, or you can have him place a sticker in the shape!
