Guest guest
Cheese is mold, and mold encourages candida/yeast to flourish. That's a simplistic statement, of course. Cheese is also more difficult to digest. Remember that when eliminating candida/yeast, it helps to avoid foods in the sweet, mold, starch, and fermented categories. These foods encourage the candida/yeast to thrive and grow (feeding them) instead of killing them off. You can eat the occasional food in these categories, but you need to be more careful if you are in the drastic candida elimination phase. Kim M.
