Guest guest Posted June 3, 2009 Report Share Posted June 3, 2009 Today I ate the following: Breakfast: Blueberry nut muffin from Eat Well, Feel Well, green tea, apple juice with water Lunch: Leftover roast chicken and 1/2 an avocado, with italian dressing from nomorecrohns.com Snack: Dates and mixed nuts, mint tea Dinner: Split pea soup (homemade chicken stock, carrots, celery, onions & split peas cooked for two hours) and salad Lesa Re: What I ate today Today: Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with sharp cheddar and oj couple glasses of coffee Lunch: leftover steak with sauteed shrooms and lightly steamed cauliflower Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs Snack: couple handfulls of raisins with pecans Dinner: chicken cooked in tomato sauce with italian seasoning and brussel sprouts roasted in bacon grease with onion and garlic.
