Today I ate the following:

Breakfast: Blueberry nut muffin from Eat Well, Feel Well, green tea, apple juice with water

Lunch: Leftover roast chicken and 1/2 an avocado, with italian dressing from nomorecrohns.com

Snack: Dates and mixed nuts, mint tea

Dinner: Split pea soup (homemade chicken stock, carrots, celery, onions & split peas cooked for two hours) and salad

Today:

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with sharp cheddar and oj

couple glasses of coffee

Lunch: leftover steak with sauteed shrooms and lightly steamed cauliflower

Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs

Snack: couple handfulls of raisins with pecans

Dinner: chicken cooked in tomato sauce with italian seasoning and brussel sprouts roasted in bacon grease with onion and garlic.

In my defense, I am nursing my 1-year-old daughter and

therefore have a huge appetite.

Breakfast

3 eggs, fried in butter

1 banana with half a cup yogurt

1 date

4 walnut halves

green tea

Morning snack

1 date and a few pecans

Lunch

2 egg omelet with sauteed zucchini and mushrooms

Ginger tea

Snack

1 banana almond butter pancake

a little bit of yogurt

Dinner

Chicken salad (with homemade mayo)

Zuchinni noodles

Green tea
