Guest guest Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 Part of this diet is about starving the bad bugs out, and since we are all different, I know this takes time, but how much time? I am now entering month 4 of SCD, with noticeable improvement. There are still SCD foods that I do better with and some foods I have to be careful with. I'm still pretty much cooking and peeling fruits and veggies although I can tolerate a little bit of raw. Nut butters are OK, nut flours are still " iffy " . I think I am on track, but wondering about the next step. Do I just keep advancing slowly, trial and error? When do you ever feel " safe " , like wow, I can eat this ( SCD legal )!
