I take Ultram and Effexor and have to watch for the seratonin syndrome too

but I have

been fortunate not to have it. I only take the pain meds when I want a

gun.

The Vemma and the Silver Solution have helped me with everything pain wise

unless I stand

for long periods then nothing helps.
