Guest guest
I don't know, but I thought it might have been helping as early as the 2nd or 3rd day. I don't know if it was just coincidence or not. I do know that this morning I got up, it was storming outside and raining cats and dogs. I was not hurting as bad as usual. A few hours later I was cleaning my entire bathroom without any exhaustion or pain. I did take a hydrocodone this morning too though. But I cannot remember the last time I felt like I could clean the toilet, the tub, the sink and sweep and mop the bathroom floor without being completely exhausted and hurting. Then I mopped my kitchen. (ok, niether of those rooms are huge)... but nevertheless, I have not been able to do that with energy in a few years. I have been able to cut back on my pain pills too. Hope you have success with this med also. But I won't get my hopes up too high. Because I have heard the same story from several people and then the Lyrica just stopped working as well as it did at first. I am going to try to see if my doctor will give me samples until I can figure out how to pay for it. (Oh yeah, I have some side effects of being somewhat off balance more than usual and a little lightheaded) love and hugs, Debra V. uniceander Lander2004@...> wrote: Hi, I was wondering if you had noticed any difference since you have been taking the Lyrica. Today was the first day I took 2 75mg. and I felt pretty good. Dont' know if it is too soon, but keeping my fingers crossed. Only effects I have noticed was tonight after I took it I was a bit off balance occasionally, not badly...so, that's good. Hope you are doing well. Guest guest
I laughed out loud when I read your email about not being buried because of claustrophobia!! I am the same way. The idea of being in that teeny, dark, no air box...albeit dead totally freaks me out. I definitely want to be cremated. So you see you aren't the only goofy one!! How is the Lyrica doing? I can't believe how well I feel, I'm scared!! My arthritis in my ankles is kiling me, I see my foot dr. tomorrow, I'm going to beg him to give me cortisone injections so they can get back to normal. Then I'll be hopping and skipping..well maybe not but feeling darn good. I bounced back after working outside all day, so, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for me for you and everyone that is trying it! Love and Hugs, /Mi

Guest guest
Hi, Yep, the Lyrica is a magic potion, that's for sure. My lightheadedness has stopped too, I realized today. I saw my ankle doctor and I have the flatest feet in the world, all the sibs do, and that is a main problem, so he gave me a shot of cortisone to help calm things down and a figure 8 type wrap to wear when I'm walking around. So, if I can get this ankle better I will be one happy camper. I just can't believe how much better I feel. I have been oh so sleepy though, but I can live with that. Hugs back, /Mi
