Guest guest
I do know that lack of sleep now is affecting me As for stress..let's see having a child with Down syndrome AND autism, having her dad leave me with both kids 7 years ago, putting myself through college as a single parent, trying to fit in therapies for daughter, activities for both kids, plus work fulltime plus. I'm thinking that might be the part where stress comes in!! If I only had family near or had someone to help out on " those " days, I truly think it would help. After reading a few of the posts, it seems like I might have a lot milder symptoms?? Or is this more or less a progressive thing? I'm terrified that it will get worse... -- Sue ---- Jeanne and Dave djgraves9497@...> wrote: > Hi Sue - Welcome to the group. Sleep issues definitely go along with FM. I don't know that they can cause it. Some believe there is a genetic component, and some believe it's just a build-up of lots of stress or a traumatic event that causes it. Guest guest
Hi Sue, Some say fibro isn't a progressive disease. I'm not sure about that. From what I've heard on this list it seems like some do get worse. Remember, everyone is different so don't despair!!! You are a hero in my book, and I sure hope your fibro doesn't get any worse. Guest guest
Oh pooh pooh to that idea. I so KNOW it is a progressive disease. I am much worse today than I was 5 years ago. I hurt more and for longer periods of time. BUT that said - I think I had it for many years before it got much worse if that makes sense? hugs Andersen Lander2004@...> wrote: Hi Sue, Some say fibro isn't a progressive disease.
