I don't live in AZ but I do have some advice for you. As for the mental

health call your local mental health unit they have whats called a

sliding scale fee. Also call the Medical clinics in your area as a lot

of them have the same thing. Basicaly what this is you fill out papers

saying how much money you bring in and you get to see a doctor for as

little as $5 some even have free programs for people how have no income

at all. The mental health ones there are some in all areas that the fed

government pays for the programs, but please be carful and ask around

your area for a good medical clinic as some of them sign up to the

sliding scale fees because they can charge more for the appts of the

people who pay and they also get higher fees from the state assistance.

New Doctor?

I need to find a new doctor. I finally went to the ER Thursday night, the pain

in my ribs was so bad I could not move at all without horrible pain that knocked

the wind out of me, so pain on top of trying to breath. I know there are a few

members here from AZ. I am so tired of my doctor all he does is refill my meds

and tell me to have a good day. Thats why I ended up at the ER, I told him of my

problems and he just sent me home.

Also my Lawyer says I need to see a neurologist, optomoligist, and shrink

again before we go for appeal. The problem is I have no money, ins. etc. Does

anyone in AZ know of any of these types of doctors that will hold off payment

till after SSD decision is made?

For any info, I live about 45 minutes from Mesa AZ any and all help would be a

blessing.
