Guest guest
I was going to a water aerobics class for a couple of months and it helps ALOT. Had to stop going due the it was a 30 minute drive for me to the Y. I live in the country so it was just too much for me and the gas money. Guest guest
It actually does help alot. Water exercise is the best for us fibromites. It has less impact tahn regular exercise and the heated pool soothes and relaxes. I went a few times, but could not afford $30 every visit, so had to stop. Are you going to try this? Guest guest
I was going to start about 3 weeks ago, but wound up in a flare form H--l so I couldn't. New research has just come out that it is very helpful for fibro......I'm bummed I couldn't do it. Jill Afrthritis Foundation Aquatics Program Is any one in this program. Is it helping. Guest guest
Okay, this is going to sound like a really strange question, but one of my own fears about starting a water program is constantly having to cancel appts due to my period. I have them very heavy and painful and have never been comfortable swimming while I have it. What do others do? Phyllis Afrthritis Foundation Aquatics Program Is any one in this program. Guest guest
When I was doing warm water exercise, I skipped it on the days when I had my period. In the long run, I didn't miss a lot of sessions. I'm sure the instructor will understand. (there were times when I couldn't go because of lupus flares, too, so I made sure the instructor and administrators at the pool knew that there'd be times I couldn't come).
