Guest guest
Thanks . It would be much worse if I were a nurse aid. I would not be able to do that at all. They do so much lifting. So... In a way I have a less physical job than some others. It is still stressful mentally and I am on my feet at least a little over half the shift. (maybe more). But it is flexible enough I can sit down at times and do paperwork at the desk. It could be worse. But it is mighty stressful somedays. If the moon is full like this week, I can count on it being hell. LOL. I am ok. I am off the next two days. I will just crash for a while. But I am sure your job comes with its share of stress too. Sometimes mental stress is almost worse than physical stress. love and hugs, Debra V. Subject: Re: off to work I go with fibro To: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group Date: Monday, April 21, 2008, 1:36 PM actually I'm the one that has the easy job of sitting at a computer all day while dealing with fibro...Debra has the hard job of being an RN in a nursing home. I can still work because my job is easy, I honestly am in awe of people like RN's and the like who have to be on their feet and work all day while dealing with fibro... I know that I couldn't!
