Pain and Massage

Hi. Just my second post. I am male a bit of an oddity I guess. But I

have FM and have gone through what many post here involving pain. I

try to get a professional massage when I can afford one ( he comes to

the house) But sometimes when it hurts and neither massage therapist

or wife is here I use my new HoMedics Therapist Select Shiatsu Pillow

with Heat, SP-10H ( not a sales pitch) I bought a month ago. I can

place it where I need it it really helps and was %20 at Bed Bath

Beyond with coupon. I urge those who have felt relief from massage to

look into it. Has heat as well. Be well all.
