Guest guest
Speaking of toxins - does anyone know anything about a foot ionizing bath? I was teaching a workshop out of state and was in some pretty major pain after all of the standing and hauling. These people suggested that I come to their house and use their foot bath. So I tried it. You put your feet into warm water with this ionizer thingy in it. You can feel the water vibrate a bit, but it is very gentle. The water turns a dark color after about 20 minutes. Mine turned orange/brown. And there was all this " gunk " in the water. The chart says that this color is from joint pain. After the bath my pain was gone! It was pretty amazing! This was a home made one that sells for like $250 - $300. The manufactured ones are closer to $800! My husband thinks that I should try to buy one. But I don't know if I would use it on a regular enough basis to warrant the expense. Another woman used it that night and her water was green. The chart said that her toxins were from the liver and that smokers often have green water. Sure 'nuf she is a light smoker! I have heard that some chiropractors have them. So I am thinking that I might try to find an office with one and try it a couple more times before I invest any money, BTW - I once had a deep massage and was in incredible pain for days! > I have been contemplating getting a massager thingie you put in a > chair and the rollers go up and down your spine.
