Yep.  Mag citrate comes in a green glass bottle usually and is given as a

powerful laxative.  The mag oxide is what you have in the common magnesium

supplement tabs.

Now... not to say that maybe mag oxide won't loosen your bowels some too if you

take enough of it.

around, too, but doubting myself.

It's the other way around. Mag Citrate is what they give you for bowel prep. Mag

Oxide has less of a laxative effect. Magnesium Glycinate has less of a laxative

effect than either. That's what I take. I take Magnesium Glycinate by Pure

Encapsulations. My

osteopathic doc's office sells it, but I get it from

www.illnessisoption al.com. It's available elsewhere too.
