a very fine eveing to all. I took my pain med so I can sit here again for a

bit.

s idea is a good one indeed. Many of us members who have been on here

many many moons (like years and years) have trid this to no avail and

everyone joins in and gets excited about it . Any of you newer membres PELASE

do write them, I did so mny times I lost count and tried to have freinds help

me (ones thta dont have chiari) but alas well menaing people just dont pull

through sometimes.

So as carrie asked just write her and put a full out pledge to write anyone

who might listen, you never know they just might.

I do enjoy seeing newree folks use thier energy to do this beuase peroisanly

Im wiped out of doing it for now at least, but it never hurts.

So write shes got lots of spunk and join her in at least trying. No

need to write it on here just do it and at the very least you feel you put

some effort into spreasding the word and thats good for your heart and Soul.

There are so many nwer people on here and although I always says welcome I

jsut wanted to say it again, youve found a wonderful group of people and you

are wonderul TOO!.
