I added my hotmail to as an address in went okay to post to the social group but bounced trying to reply to just the crew. Go figure. So we'll try again. I understand in more ways then one what its like to have a dianoises that you dont understand or even want to for that matter.. i mean when i got the DX i was like ok well it cant be that bad.. give me somethign do somethign fix it right up. ya know.. it wasnt liek that but i did for the first few months keep a very high head for it.. and to be honest it went far in my mental state.. now you wil in this group find answer love and support,, but remeber that what happens to one person may not happen to you or to another we all experiance similiar adn differnt things with our rsd.. But make sure you keep you spirits high adn know if there is anythign you need or want to knwo someone on this group will know it.. and if no one does we can all point you in the right directions.. it amazing what this group is adn how they can help yuou even thru a simple email.. BTW im Cass.. im 22 adn live in Virginia Beach. I was DX in oct of 02 however wastn treated untill late 03 your very fortuyanate to have a dx so early and they ccan begin treatment.. dont be discourage tho if one doesnt work cuz not all work the same for everyone.. i will tell you how i got rsd which is somethign i refrain from cuz well i usually get a laugh or too including me laughing at myself cuz i dunno its just silly.. how i got with all the injuries i have had.. i was working and a frozen 2 liter feel on top of my foot and broke it..the funny part is i was holding another person crutches at my register adn was just told to be careful or i would be end up on them.. and i walk noway.. however 5 minutes later a coke feel on me thus being the begining.. i need to come up with a cool story cuz believe me everyone thinks its funny.. adn its ok to laugh i turn red when i have to tell it myself.. this to say i will never bring a 2 liter bottle of coke in my house ever.. i stay as far away from them as possiable.. lol .. but this was emant to be a welcome however as you will learn i can talk forever and a day without breathing.. but welcome to the group youll find what you need and of course you can email me privatly if its personal of course cuz some peopl eget iffy when it comes to some things and not wantt the group to know ya know.. i dont talk about everythign there are somethings i leave for private so if you ever want to chit chat just email me.. i hgave no life and am always on the keys.. you were to think all the tiem i spend on the computer i would learn to spell or at least use spell check,. oh btw the rsd is left leg/foot/ankle talk to you soon hun adn welcome again.., ask anythign you wish and tell anythign as well cass Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My therapist recommende d a new book called " Why is it alwasy about you " He said it is an easy read and ias about people with Narcistic personality issues ot the BPD narcistic type so I am going to hopefully get it tomorrow, I checked and my local bookstore does carry it. Sadly, you have to go through it to get past it. When I lost my father the first year was the hardest. Everything we shared throughout the year seemed empty without him here. It was like we had to grieve again and again. But that's natural. You never move on but you end up able to live through things with better memories. You never stop missing them, but are able to live through that and find comfort of happy memories. I honestly believe in heaven and know without a shadow of doubt that is now there and guiding you. When you miss her the most go ahead and allow yourself to cry. But also allow yourself to feel happiness too. Very few people have such a bond between friends. was and is your miracle. I also have ,menieres disease and im taking 3 diffrent meds. They put me on Lyrica for the fibro and im taking 2 a day. My problem is that every once in a while (im mean like could happen everyday or once a week) i get super dizzy and sick and i feel like im not even in my head. just kind of floaty and weird. We're never sure if our symptoms are FM or something else. It's best to have a new symptom checked out just to be on the safe side. Doesn't your meniere's disease involve dizziness?
