,

I use the ion foot cleanse quite regularly (have a certified

reflexologist who comes to my home who does it) and yes, it does help

with the inflammation. The last time I had it done, a lot of heavy

metal stuff came out along with the inflammation. I have had my water

look so disgusting I couldn't believe it was coming out of my body!

You should check around your area and see if there is someone who

does that. It is a growing thing and I know for myself, while it

seems to purge a great deal of toxins in the water, since I drink a

lot of water that day and the next, my body keeps purging toxins.

I LOVE the reflexology too. She has done my hands and my feet; the

feet feel better and she has a dremel tool thingie she uses to help

break up the lumps.

I was thinking of asking her where and how to get started with it

myself; I am out on LTD disability and waiting on my SS hearing, but

even if I only did my family, well, it would be a little extra $$!
