Guest guest
thats right judy , i to was in that group and was booted out , but i was glad i was cause it wasnt very good group it wasnt set up as good as im sure this one is . I also trust the ones in charge of this new group and dont think they would EVER try to hurt anyone or try to scam them in any way . Besides the ones in charge here relly good people and they will help in any way they can . Judy You have to remember who is running the group before you even think about the negativity. I don't know who was running the group you were in Judy but it doesn't sound as if it was well organized like ours is. Ours was very well thought out and we are all members who have been here for a very long time. We put careful thought and consideration in to this group and how it would be run. We know that this one will work because of how we have it set up. I'm sorry that the one you were in failed girl I wish we would have had ours up and running back then so we could have helped you to. Remember, I've been there and I know how you feel. Hugz- Terrie in Texas

Guest guest
Hey Tigger, After court I slept all day and ate dinner and slept til morning on Wednesday. I'm still feeling tired emotionally from court. Well now i'm in limbo until I recieve the letter from the judge with his determination. It is good that he didn't say no right away but I don't know how he is leaning. It can be up until 2 months. I hope he decides or me. The dr expert was hung up on what specialties my drs have. He wasted about 20minutes on that. The vocational expert seemed to be on my side. Basically my jobs don't cross for other types of work and that I ould do assembly work but not if I need to rest 1hr per day or if I would need to be out of work about 3days per month. On Wednesday, I rested in the morning and went to my living ri class that is learning to live with chronic illnesses. Then my mom took me to see my nieces. I sat and had my niece read to me. Then my husband drove me to have dinner at the house of the ladies I use to support. It was a wonderful day but I overdid and my legs have been bothering and I'm tired from it. On Thursday I walked up to my mom's even though I was tired and in pain. Then I went home and rested. Friday all I did was sleep sleep and more sleep. I'm still tired but I think it is going to take me a while to get over the emotional fatigue. Keep your fingers crossed hat he approves my diability. JudyMer PS This Sunday is the Police parade. ---- Tigger tigger.pinkraincoat@...> wrote: > Hey Judy, > > > > I've been waiting impatiently to hear how your court date went. Guest guest
Of course I will keep my fingers crossed. I was worried about you. I know how emotionally draining it can be. Who was your lawyer? I used Nesselbush and Morasco and they worked real hard for me... of course, my brother was pushing and pushing. I don't think I could have done it without him. My prayers are still with you. Guest guest
Judy, Sounds like it was an emotionally draining day, for sure! I know my day will come and it will likely hit me like a ton of bricks too. I had to wake up this morning, I had a nightmare that my credit union AND my LTD disability folks were saying " no more " , as in they were raising my payments back to the normal amounts and discontinuing the money from LTD. So that's how my Saturday has started. Yippee. Fortunately, I KNOW that isn't the case, but still....to have money issues jump into my dreams? Come on now.....that's supposed to be for resting....hahahaha..... Keep us posted. I hate they make you wait even longer. I mean, it takes forever to get to court and then you STILL have to wait! Guest guest
Judy and all others who have had to go before a judge in a disability suit, my hats off to you! I think would have been so nervous I would have really lost it! It was bad enough waiting to see if I would be denied that first time and how long it would take to go through the whole process more than one time! I do know how lucky I am that they decided the very first time I applied that I was totally disabled! -- In Fibromyalgia_Support_Group , " ddean228 " wrote: > > Judy, > Sounds like it was an emotionally draining day, for sure! Guest guest
, Thanks for the good wishes. I've been resting but the weather has been wet and damp that doesn't help.
