Guest guest
Oh how I can relate. I am to the point where I now take small cat naps when I least expect it. I lay down, spend 20 minutes getting warm enough to be pain free (it's 75 outside) and then doze for maybe 10 to 30 minutes and that's it, I'm done. I've thought about the " mallet " too Dave but all that will do is give me a headache and that's the only part of my body that doesn't hurt! Why would I want to add that to my grocery list of pain? ~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Your Avon Representative Shop for all of your Avon needs at youravon.com/michellebyrd http://michellebyrd.avonrepresentative.com/> Reasonable shipping rates if you would like your order shipped directly to you _____ From: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group [mailto:Fibromyalgia_Support_Group ] On Behalf Of Loest Sent: Monday, May 05, 2008 10:12 AM To: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group Subject: Croquet Mallet It's 9:13 am and I've been up since around 5pm yesterday. I was thinking about how the old croquet mallet in the closet could double as a sleep aid since the I have already took Xannex and two sleep aid tablets at 2am. They almost worked this time however 10 minutes of being drowsey does not equal a good nights rest.
Guest guest
Gosh !!! That is a really drastic measure to take. I do understand though. There are times I would cut off a leg to stop the pain :-( Hugs, Annie in TN Loest boltzero@...> wrote: It's 9:13 am and I've been up since around 5pm yesterday. Guest guest
Great idea! Maybe you could market it for that purpose. LOL. You know, they do market alot of drugs for things other than the original intention. I hope you get some sleep soon. Lack of sleep only serves to make us more miserable. hugs, Debra V. Guest guest
You can get a week's worth of a trial supply of Ambien CR and Rozerem for free. If you have insurance that will cover it, then great, but if you're like me and don't have insurance, then get your dr. to work with the pharmaceutical company and get on a prescription drug program for them. You will be able to get some good sleep. Love and gentle hugs, Debi/55-CA **************Wondering what's for Dinner Tonight? Get new twists on family favorites at AOL Food.
