Guest guest
Sweetie, we were deciding yesterday that each one of us should write to CNN about Fibromyalgia and ask them to give some good coverage on it. WE are STRONG together. The more people that will email, the better chance we have with getting the TRUTH out. The 30 second commercials are a start but are only serving in some cases to make people roll their eyes. Please write to them at CNN and tell them something about your story and tell them how REAL this disease is. I wrote them twice to two different email addresses yesterday. I listed alot of sypmtoms and told them that I did not even know the word " fibromyalgia " until I got sick with it. WRITE THEM, WRITE THEM, AND WRITE THEM UNTIL THEY LISTEN. Ok then if we choose another news organization in a couple of weeks and we all write them also. 1000 or more letters will get more attention than just one. love and hugs, Debra V. > I am still looking for the email address to CNN. Guest guest
Because I wasn't able to locate an address for CNN, I tried yesterday to send an email to the doctor who is on Fox News. Have to check my outgoing emails to see if it did actually go. But on at least one of the daytime shows, he does answer and respond to viewers questions, comments and I think he probably does some additional research before answering the questions. But I framed the question around the fact that the 10th is Fibro Awareness day, and asked him if he planned to say something on the air. If anyone else wants to try to send something to him, he is listed on the Fox News site as " Ask Dr. Manny " . I realize one email may not be enough but thought since I am a faithful viewer of some of the programs he is on, I would write about my personal experiences and also urged him to discuss the topic. > > > I am still looking for the email address to CNN.
