Guest guest
I think we all have our highs and lows emotionally as well as with our pain or energy. If we stay depressed for too long, though, that is usually a sign that something needs to change. Maybe it's a new anti-d med, or counseling needed or whatever. It's a good thing I decided to stay home from the church event yesterday. It was a very long service for the 100th anniversary and then was followed by pictures and a long luncheon. My energy level would have dropped off really quickly. Jeanne in WI Thanks Jeanne, and I hope you feel better soon. My emotions have been riding the same rollercoaster as yours this weekend. Maybe the same amusement park for sure, though not very amusing this weekend. :-) Emotions all over the place. Does this thing wreak havoc with emotions like this regularly with everyone or most of us besides the regular issues stuff? It seems to be here with me. Guest guest
Just the constant pain alone can cause our emotions to change drastically. I can get so blue sometimes. I have to try to shake myself out of it, because that only makes it worse. Without the support here, I would surely lose it :-) Gentle hugs, Annie in TN Jeanne and Dave djgraves9497@...> wrote: I think we all have our highs and lows emotionally as well as with our pain or energy.
