Hi to all my fellow fibromites! I have been mostly lurking on this

message board trying to learn all I can about my disease. However,

today I need a little encouragement myself so I am turning to you who

know best what I am talking about. I am in so much pain from the waist

down that I can hardly bear it. I am using a walker to get around but

it is still almost more than I can bear. The Tramadol I am taking

doesn't seem to even be knocking the edge off. It is kind of

overwhelming to think that this is mine for a lifetime! I should have

stayed home from work today but sometimes it seems to actually help to

take my mind off the pain. Thanks for listening. Cindi in KC

It sounds trite but that's why I have a hot tub. How about a hot shower? Any

way you can think of to get your lower half to relax. Like elevated your legs

with pillows, etc. A pitcher of Margaritas perhaps? hehehe..
