To get all areas of the body with the shower:

Go to Home Depot/etc and buy one of those shower head adapters- its a shower

head

with a handle, a length of tubing and a hook to hang it up.

If you are 'handy' it is easy to put in yourself, if not maybe you have a

'handy' riend or

could pay someone.

A bathseat is also usefull if you can find one that will cofotably fit in your

tub or shower

stall.

Sounds like a hassle but it works good and also increases your water pressure.
