- I used to live west of Rockford in Forreston but went to Rockford

for all my doctor appointments. I did go to a pain clinic there years back.

The guy was great but for the life of me I can't remember his name. Pain

Management Clinic maybe? I know they moved locations from around Loves Park

to the northern part of Rockford. Does this sound like the same place?
