I do not have any heart problems that I know of, other than an occassioanal high pressure reading and that is part of the metabolic syndrome that I am recovering from. I told my PCP about the Cat Dream and she said it was a classic symptom of nocturnal asthma attack and put me on a long acting bronchodilator which does help. I didn't tell her that I'd been observed to stop breathing while asleep and them abruptly start again. I am fearfull of anything restrictive on me when I sleep. I honestly would rather risk death or further injury to my body. I am going to be extreemly brave and tell you WHY. It is because of very scarey and painful abuse that was done to me as a child. Guest guest
Cassandra, You are being brave with us. I'm sure it takes a lot of guts to do so. But I do worry that in the long run, it (sleep apnea) could do damage to your heart. Just keep it in mind. Love, Sleep apnea?/ GERD/Asthma/ child abuse Hi everyone, Ok, lets start with GERD.
