Hi,

I didn't have to stop taking my meds when I did my sleep study.

Why would they do that? I should think that they would want as normal

a sleep pattern as possible. That to me would require doing all the

things I normally would do. Including taking my meds. I wouldn't make

it without them. The only thing they wanted to know was all the stuff

I do take. Talk about a list!

very much afraid of having one done myself. I don't think I can

sleep without my meds, and I don't like having things hooked up to

me. It doesn't sound like a very pleasant night.

a difference but in order to prove that it's the new sleep pattern

I'd have to stop some meds. I'm just not ready to do that yet. It

hurt too much to even do a trial.

CPAP starts, as long as i am on ramp i am ok. any suggestions. my CPAP is set at

I guess I assumed it was the case because the meds might mask your true sleep

cycle? I'm relieved to hear I was wrong.

Hi Jeanne,

I just read what I wrote. I hope I didn't come across as snippy. I

didn't mean it to be. I was more worried that someone had told you to

not take them. Sorry if I sounded like a _itch.

Take care. jan
