While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general. 2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better. 3. To unsubscribe the e-mail is: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group-unsubscribe 4. Also, it is not uncommon for more than one member to be feeling bad at the same time when it comes to flares and b/c of that potentially take something another member says the wrong way. And that includes the things that one member may find funny (even if it's laughing at fibro itself) even though we who deal with illness whether one such as fibro or multiple illnesses try to keep a sense of humor. 5. Pls let's be gentle with each other, and if you are having a bad day pls let us know so that we can do our best to offer our support. Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
Hi Ethel, It is great to meet you. I think it would be awesome to live so close to Gettysburg, I bet they have all kinds of antique stuff. I love antiques. I hope you get to feeling better. When my pain acts up I sit on my futon with my heating pad behind me, actually I am always on my heating pad. I have tried to take a hot bath but I have so much of a hard time getting in and out of the tub that I just gave up. When I can get the money I am going to redo my bathroom and put in a new tub so I can soak and not have to worry about whether I can get back out or not. Take care, > > Hi , I`m Ethel ,i am from New Oxfprd,Pa. 9miles from Gettysburg ,Pa . you > know civilwar and Lincoln`s address , > i am 62 ,GBS patient 2002, Fibro 1999, > i have 2 sons in their 40`s and 2 step grown children in their 50`, my man`s > Fibro is acting up tonight , rain for 2 days and more coming now, > so i am going to take a bath and go to bed > Ethel > Behold the turtle , he who makes slow progress wins the race ! >
